We’ll also update all the settings required for your sites to be completely operational on our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are completely capable of moving just about any website. With years of practical experience in the industry, they’re well–versed in the inner workings of our hosting platform, our Control Panel as well as all other popular Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom–built application with lots of custom libraries is as elementary as moving a simple WordPress–based weblog.

A: There are a lot of factors to keep in mind – the overall number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our website migration professionals, etc. Even so, we do try to implement all web site migrations within a 48–hour time period. Less sizeable web sites are transferred faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: We do not request any private info. We’ll require, however, the login info for your current web hosting account and the name of the website that you would like to move.

A: No. Your web site will remain visible online during the migration. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything’s alright, all you will need to do is edit your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: While we transfer your content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
